Shipping Policy

Delivery area and cost

We deliver throughout Canada, including Quebec and all provinces and territories. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value.

Timing

Processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. These are separate stages. We will contact you if an issue materially delays your order. An estimate does not limit cancellation or refund rights for late or undelivered orders.

Delivery details

Review your delivery address before confirming an order. Contact us promptly to request a correction. When tracking is available, we provide the tracking information after dispatch. If tracking shows a delivery you cannot locate, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights, legal warranties, cancellation rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Our voluntary return window is additional to those rights.
